What we collect

When you book a SleepScan or write to us, we collect your name, contact number, email address and the product you are interested in, plus the messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram or this site.

Why we collect it

To arrange and confirm your showroom visit, to answer your questions, and, only with your consent, to tell you about CasAI products and offers.

How it is protected

Your data is stored on access-controlled systems, is never sold, and is only shared with the service platforms needed to run our bookings and messaging.

Messaging platforms

Conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram also exist inside Meta's platforms under Meta's own terms. That is a property of those channels, and we keep our copy of your conversation protected on our side.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the email below.
