CasAI Tech

A mattress that measures,
then moves.

Foam holds one shape for ten years. Springs hold one shape for ten years. A CasAI mattress reads the body lying on it and changes underneath, chamber by chamber, all night, without waking you.

What it does

Eight things happen while you are asleep.

This is the AI Pro XII, the flagship. Every one of these runs on its own, overnight, without being asked. You can override any of them.

01

Twelve air chambers

Twelve separate chambers run the length of the mattress. They inflate and deflate independently, so the bed can be firm under your hips and soft under your shoulder at the same moment.

02

Pressure sensing

Air-pressure sensors read where your weight sits and how it moves. No wearable, no strap, nothing to charge. You lie down and it starts reading.

03

It adapts by itself

The AI adjusts the chambers to what it reads, and the left and right sides are controlled independently. Your side is set for you. Their side is set for them.

04

Anti-snore

When the pattern starts, the head end lifts a few degrees and the airway opens. It happens before most people wake. Usually that includes the one who was snoring.

05

Sleep assist

A settling sequence for the twenty minutes before you go under. The mattress works through it, then stops and leaves you alone.

06

Float mode

Pressure comes off the contact points until the bed stops pushing back at you. It is the closest a mattress gets to holding you without touching.

07

Body-clock alarm

It wakes you from underneath, at a light point in your cycle, rather than at a fixed time with a noise.

08

Sleep reports

Built from your nights on your mattress. Not an average of other people, and not a guess from a wrist.

Remote and app control on the AI Pro XII. The AI Pro VI runs the same way on six chambers, with manual control and the app.

The parts that do the work.

AI Pro XII · plan view

One side set firmOne side set soft

Twelve chambers along the length. Each side of the centre line is controlled on its own.

Flexible air chambers

Six on the AI Pro VI, twelve on the AI Pro XII, eight on the AirPro. More chambers means finer control along the body.

Air-pressure sensing

The sensing layer is the air itself. Pressure changes as you move, and the system reads those changes as posture.

Left and right zoning

Every air mattress in the range splits down the middle and controls each half separately. Two people, one bed, no compromise.

Zero-pressure support

The Sync line is built to take load off the shoulders and hips while holding the spine in its natural line.

Quiet running

The AirPro's pump runs under 40 decibels. Quieter than the room it is in.

Metal-free springs

Pro VII and Pro IX use high-tech plastic spring elements instead of steel. Nothing inside them rusts or corrodes.

Firmness

Four grades, or none at all.

Soft, medium and firm are not measurements. They are words a showroom uses. The Sync line is built in four graded firmnesses so there is a right one rather than a middle one. The air mattresses skip grades entirely: they hold a firmness you set, or move it themselves while you sleep.

01

Sync I

Firm

The firmest in the range.

02

Sync II

Medium Firm

Firm, with some give.

03

Sync III

Medium Soft

Cradles without swallowing you.

04

Sync IV

Soft

The softest, cloud-like.

Adjustable, not graded

AirFlex, AirPro, AI Pro VI and AI Pro XII have no fixed grade. You set the firmness, or the mattress sets it for you and keeps changing it through the night. On all four, each side of the bed is controlled on its own.

How a night on CasAI works

Walked through by our resident robot
1

You lie down

The sensors meet you: weight, posture, pressure points, all read without you doing anything.

2

The mattress reads

Through the night it follows how you move, how warm you run, and when your breathing changes.

3

Support adjusts

Zone by zone, quietly. Shoulders softer, hips held, spine kept in its natural line.

4

You keep sleeping

That is the point. The care happens without waking you, and the mornings show it.

Control it your way: the CasAI app, presets on the base, or just let it think for itself.

The house behind it

Engineered elsewhere. Answered for here.

CasAI is the sleep brand of Casa Concetto, a Singapore furniture house. If something goes wrong with the electronics in year four, the warranty desk is on Balestier Road and the people are the same ones who sold it to you.

Tuned for here

Specified for Singapore: this climate, these bed sizes, these bedrooms. Not a catalogue import tuned for somewhere colder.

Warranty in writing

Ten years on the mattress structure. Five on the smart base, covering motors, control box, handset, sensors and cabling. Published in full on the warranty page.

Certifications

Foam, fabric and safety documentation is held at the showroom. Ask to see it when you visit, and read it before you buy rather than after.

Reading about sensing is one thing. The moment the support shifts beneath your shoulders is another.
